How it works

Bring us the problem. Let’s work out what is worth doing.

You do not need to know whether the answer is AI, automation, software, integration, process redesign, documentation or no technology at all. Start with what is happening. Every stage gives you something useful, and you can stop after any of them.

The Proof Review service description is currently available in English; its free diagnostic and enquiry form also support Danish.

The stages

Go only as far as is worth it.

  1. 1 · Free · Available now

    Free adaptive discovery

Describe the challenge and answer a few questions. No contact details required.

    You receive
A written first view: what seems to be happening, where the friction is, what is still unknown and a possible next step — including when no new technology is needed.
    You provide
Your description and a few answers.
    Human involvement
None. The first view is generated from your answers, not reviewed by a person.
    Can you stop here?
Yes. The first view is yours to use even if you go no further.
  2. 2 · Free · Available now

    Deeper Workflow Fit Diagnostic

Eight questions examine the workflow, evidence, people and constraints behind your first view. Your earlier answers can be carried forward and corrected.

    You receive
A written working hypothesis and possible direction to validate, or an honest statement of what is still unknown. Not a professional Proof Review.
    You provide
More detail about your situation, if you choose to continue.
    Human involvement
None. An optional 20-minute Workflow Fit Call is a separate human follow-up request.
    Can you stop here?
Yes. Use the result yourself, discuss it with a person, or ask about separately scoped work.
  3. 3 · Paid · optional · Scoped individually

    Paid Deep-Dive

A separately scoped analysis or review that goes materially beyond the free diagnostic: examining evidence, validating assumptions and documenting options before any larger work is agreed.

    You receive
The agreed analysis and its decision-ready report; the report is the deliverable, not a PDF product sold on its own.
    You provide
Access to the relevant people, process and evidence, as agreed in the scope.
    Human involvement
Professional review, scoped before paid work begins.
    Can you stop here?
Yes. No larger project is required.
  4. 4 · Result · End result

    Decision-Ready Report

The deliverable of an agreed paid deep-dive, not a standalone product or an automatic next purchase.

    You receive
Documented findings, limits and options to support a decision, according to the agreed scope.
    You provide
A decision on whether to stop or explore further work.
    Human involvement
Findings can be discussed with a person.
    Can you stop here?
Yes. The report has standalone value even if no project follows.
  5. 5 · Paid · optional · Scoped individually

    Optional Larger Project

If worthwhile, separately agree a Solution Blueprint, pilot or implementation — including process change, integration, software or specialist work as appropriate.

    You receive
The agreed scope, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and handover for the work undertaken.
    You provide
Named owners and decisions as agreed.
    Human involvement
Roles are agreed before work begins.
    Can you stop here?
Yes, under the agreed project terms.
  6. 6 · Result · End result

    Working Solution

The customer endpoint, if a larger project is undertaken: a solution the customer has reviewed and accepted against that project’s agreed criteria.

    You receive
The accepted solution, with handover and operational ownership as agreed in the project scope.
    You provide
    Acceptance against the agreed criteria.
    Human involvement
    Handover as agreed.
    Can you stop here?
Yes. There is no required next product.

Every engagement is scoped around the work required. Where we identify a useful next step together, you will receive a clear scope and commercial terms before any paid work begins. Defined products and prices are shown below. Payment is not active; fit, scope, taxes and terms are confirmed before paid work begins.

Products & prices

A clear next step, only when it adds value.

The free diagnostic is useful on its own. If more depth is justified, these are the defined options and prices. A paid step is never automatic, and payment is not active yet.

Decision-Ready Report

A useful basis for the customer’s decision.

The report is the deliverable from an agreed paid Deep-Dive — not an instant document, a separately sold PDF or an automatic next purchase. Its content depends on the agreed scope and may include only the sections relevant to the decision.

Possible content · always subject to the agreed scope

What the agreed report may include

  • The validated problem, scope and decision to be made
  • Evidence and materials reviewed, including source status, confidence and limitations
  • Relevant process and stakeholder context
  • Constraints, requirements and integrations, where relevant
  • Options with trade-offs, risks and dependencies
  • A recommended direction with reasons — not a guaranteed outcome
  • Assumptions, unresolved questions and evidence gaps
  • Acceptance or decision criteria
  • A practical next-step roadmap

How the deliverable is reached

  1. Scope agreed
  2. Materials and context confirmed
  3. Analysis and validation
  4. Report prepared
  5. Customer review and clarification
  6. Customer decision

The customer decides what follows

The report should remain useful even when no further work follows. The customer may:

  • Use the report and stop
  • Refine or clarify the decision basis
  • Use it with an internal team or another implementer
  • Discuss a separately scoped, optional larger project with Boesing

Optional focused deep-dives · preview

Areas a separately scoped deep-dive could examine.

The eight-question Workflow Fit Diagnostic is free. A paid deep-dive would involve materially more analysis, evidence review and validation; its decision-ready report is the deliverable, not the service itself. No paid work starts before scope and terms are agreed.

Not available to buy here. The standard product ladder and prices are defined, but this suggested review area still needs its exact fit, scope and terms confirmed. Payment is not active. You can discuss it in a Workflow Fit Call, or stop with your free result.

    Solution Options Review

The realistic options — including no new technology — with trade-offs, dependencies and risks.

The specialist Boesing Proof Review remains a separately scoped professional service.

Optional Larger Project

Continue only when the decision basis justifies it.

A Decision-Ready Report does not commit the customer to a project. The customer may stop, use the report internally or with another implementer, clarify the basis, or discuss separately scoped work with Boesing.

What must be agreed before work begins

These are pre-start subjects, not terms already agreed. The project begins only after the relevant boundaries are clear.

  • Validated decision basis
  • Scope and exclusions
  • Deliverables and relevant milestones
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Acceptance criteria and the evidence used to assess them
  • Timing and commercial terms
  • Data, IP and confidentiality boundaries

What an agreed delivery journey may include

The selected approach follows the validated problem. Depending on the agreed scope, the work may include only the steps that are relevant.

  1. Confirm solution scope and responsibilities
  2. Design, configure, build or integrate the selected approach
  3. Test against the agreed acceptance criteria
  4. Document decisions, evidence, risks and changes
  5. Customer review, followed by iteration or a stop decision
  6. Acceptance, handover, training and operational ownership, where relevant

Working Solution

A Working Solution is the customer endpoint: a solution the customer has reviewed and accepted against the criteria agreed for that project. The term alone does not claim that the solution is scaled, certified, compliant, automated or producing a particular outcome.

Decision points remain with the customer

  • Proceed under an agreed scope
  • Clarify or refine the approach
  • Review and iterate where agreed
  • Stop under the agreed project terms
  • Accept against the agreed criteria

Prefer to discuss it directly?

Contact Ronny to discuss whether a separately scoped larger project is justified. This is an enquiry, not a booking or acceptance of work.
