These terms apply to business customers only. Consumer purchases are not accepted.

The product scope, required inputs, deliverables, delivery time and exclusions shown at purchase form part of the agreement. Prototype/Proof of Concept and Working Solution require a separately agreed scope and proposal; they are not fixed-price self-checkout products.

Information from free discovery is reused where relevant. The customer is not asked to restart.

What is agreed before work starts is set out in the B2B Agreement.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT or other tax is determined from the customer's country of establishment, business status and evidence and is shown before payment. Payment is not active on boesing.io.

Work starts only after payment is confirmed and the described required inputs are complete. The delivery time runs from that point. Delivery is complete under the product's published definition of done and acceptance rule.

Deliverables support decisions. The customer remains responsible for its decisions and implementation. Additional work requires a separate agreement.

The applicable policy appears in Cancellation & Refund and forms part of the agreement.

The customer retains its pre-existing data and intellectual property. Boesing Consult retains its pre-existing methods, tools, generic frameworks and know-how. Customer-specific confidential material is not reused as customer data or IP without appropriate rights or consent.

Each party treats the other's confidential information as confidential. Any limitation of liability is set out in the written proposal or order confirmation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Danish law.

Danish law applies. Disputes are subject to the Danish courts, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
