How Your Workflow Fit Call Information Is Handled

Boesing.io is currently operated under the Boesing brand. A separate legal entity is planned to be formed in Texas, USA before public launch. The final entity type and verified legal details will be added to this notice once formation is complete.

It explains what happens with the details you send when you request a 20-minute Workflow Fit Call.

What the request form collects

  • Your name, organisation, work email and — if you choose — your role and phone number.
  • A description of the workflow you want reviewed: the type of workflow, how it works, how often it runs, who is involved and where it becomes difficult today.
  • Your explicit consent to be contacted about this enquiry.
  • Technical context recorded automatically: which page the request came from, your browser user-agent string, and a salted one-way hash of your network address.

Why it is used

Only to read your workflow description, reply to you, and determine together whether a Boesing Proof Review is a sensible next step. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis and your choices

Your contact details and workflow description are processed with your consent so Ronny can respond to this specific enquiry. The limited technical information used to prevent abuse is processed for the legitimate interest of keeping the request form reliable and secure. You can withdraw consent for future contact at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

A request is an enquiry, not a booking

Submitting the form does not confirm a meeting, create a contract, or commit either side to an engagement. It starts a conversation. I normally review Workflow Fit Call requests within two business days — this is the usual review turnaround, not a guaranteed meeting or acceptance. Any actual call or assignment is agreed separately, in writing, afterwards. Every engagement is scoped around the work required. Where we identify a useful next step together, you will receive a clear scope and commercial terms before any paid work begins. Third-party or software costs are included only when explicitly agreed.

Where the information is stored

Submissions are stored in this site's managed cloud database (Lovable Cloud, running managed Supabase infrastructure). Access is restricted to the server-side systems used to operate boesing.io and to authorised people handling Workflow Fit Call enquiries; the table is not readable by site visitors. Each submission is given a reference in the form WFC-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXXXX so you can refer to it in correspondence.

Abuse prevention without storing your IP address

To limit automated and repeated submissions, the server combines your network address with a server-side salt and stores only the resulting one-way hash. The raw IP address is never stored, and the hash cannot be turned back into an address. A hidden field and a minimum completion time are also used to catch automated submissions.

Email and notifications

Your submission is saved with a pending notification status. No automated email is sent to you when you submit, and we do not claim otherwise on the confirmation screen. Ronny Boesing replies personally from ronny@boesing.dk.

Cookies

This site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site or its hosting to function may be used.

Retention, access and deletion

Non-client Workflow Fit enquiries are retained for 12 months from the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant information moves into client records and is retained separately according to the engagement and applicable legal and accounting obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised in accordance with the applicable policy.

You can ask at any time for a copy of what was submitted, for corrections, or for deletion by writing to ronny@boesing.dk. Including your WFC reference makes this quicker.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to receive your submitted information. If you believe your information has been handled incorrectly, you may complain to your local data-protection authority. For Denmark, that authority is Datatilsynet.
